Keys Resorts adds Keys Ras Resorts Silvassa to its portfolio
Mumbai, July 16 (IBNS): Keys Resorts on Wednesday announced the addition of the Keys Ras Resorts Silvassa to its portfolio.
Located in picturesque Silvassa, on the shores of the river Daman Ganga, Keys Ras Resorts will be the 4th Keys Resort property and the 3rd franchise of Berggruen Hotels Pvt. Ltd.
Nestled among manicured green lawns and surrounded by imposing leafy trees that allow the invigorating country air to breeze through, this sylvan retreat offers several historical attractions, spanning across three centuries. With an interesting amalgam of business and leisure offerings, this resort in Silvassa is ideal for weddings, social, fraternal, institutional get-togethers, corporate and transient traffic alike, the company said in a statement.
Conveniently connected to Mumbai, Surat, Baroda and Ahmedabad, Keys Ras Resorts is spread across 10 acres of lush green land.
Vishamber Sewakramani, Managing Director, Keys Ras Resorts and Apart Hotels Ltd., said, “After a lot of due diligence, I am delighted to be partnering with a young and dynamic brand like Keys. This partnership will help Ras Resorts create a distribution footprint for its resort business through their sales offices nationally. Ras Resorts has been serving guests for over 2 decades and has established itself as a unique product in this region. Support in new technology and channels of distribution will further this offering while the operation of the resort will remain with our company.”
Delighted at the occasion of the resort joining the Keys Resorts portfolio, Sanjay Sethi, MD and CEO, Berggruen Hotels, said, “The launch of Keys Ras Resorts is an important milestone for Berggruen Hotels. It reaffirms the rapid growth story of the Keys brand. We are excited about the Silvassa property which has, over the years, developed a strong reputation as a premier resort in the region. With the added brand and marketing strength of Keys, Ras Resorts Silvassa is now poised for a new leap in enhanced guest experience and market share.”
