Mumbai, Jul 15 (IBNS): The Indian market ended lower on Friday largely due to weak European cues and Infosys lowering its full year constant currency dollar revenue guidance to 10.5-12 per cent from 11.5-13.5 per cent, according to media reports.

On Friday, Sensex fell 105.61 points to reach 27836.50 and Nifty fell 23.60 points to reach 8541.40.

Among the leading stocks that gained on Friday were L&T, HDFC, HDFC Bank, Tata Motors, Bharti Airtel and Tata Steel while ICICI Bank, Wipro, TCS, NTPC, Coal India and BHEL were some of the leading stocks that declined.

However, for the week, the market gained 2.6 per cent after closing flat in the previous week.
