Future Group to acquire e-store store FabFurnish

Mumbai/New Delhi, Apr 6 (IBNS) Kishore Biyani-led Future Group is acquiring Gurgaon-based on-line home store FabFurnish.com, which will become a subsidiary of the groups' flagship company Future Retail, according to media reports.
The on-line store, which stocks furniture, furnishings, decor and kitchenware, is backed by Germany's Rocket Internet. The other Indian ventures of this group include Jabong, FoodPanda, PricePanda, Couponation, OfficeYes, PrintVenue and Wimdu.
 
According to reports, Future Retail will use the online platform to take its furniture store HomeTown on-line.
