Future Generali India launches a new customer portal

New Delhi, Nov 19 (IBNS) Future Generali India Life Insurance Company Limited (FGILI), a joint venture between Future Group - the leading retailer of India, Assicurazioni Generali - a global insurance group and one of the world’s 50 largest companies and IITL - a leading NBFC, launched a new customer portal with the objective of providing a superior digital customer experience.

The core focus of this portal is to provide convenience to our customers and offer them a simpler, intuitive and faster experience. It offers state-of-the-art features which gives the customer a snapshot of all their existing policies through a dashboard.

A quick glance of the policy page provides complete details on the benefits, premium due dates, statements and ULIP customers can top up or switch funds online.

The customers can also update personal information, contact details, change nominee, update PAN card or address, get a copy of their policy and medical assessment documents and much more. All this is presented in a visually appealing and graphical manner.

Commenting on the launch,  Pradeep Pandey, Chief Marketing Officer, Future Generali Life Insurance said, “It has been our endeavour to adopt technology and have a clear digital road map in order to provide a superior customer experience at multiple touch points. We truly believe in giving easy access to our customers and putting control of the policy in their hands through efficient and effective use of technology. Launching the new portal is another step in that direction.”
