Domestic Airlines carried 20.34% more passengers during 2015: Govt
New Delhi, Jan 18 (IBNS) The Centre on Monday said domestic Airlines carried 20.34% more passengers during 2015
"Passengers carried by domestic airlines during Jan-Dec 2015 were 810.91 lakhs as against 673.83 lakhs during the corresponding period of previous year thereby registering a growth of 20.34%," read a government statement.
The government released the data after analysing traffic data submitted by various domestic airlines for the month of December 2015.
