Concentrix named second highest in overall CCO delivery capability

New Delhi, June 17 (IBNS) Global high-value services provider Concentrix has been named a Contact Center Outsourcing (CCO) Market Leader for the second consecutive year and is positioned as the second highest in overall CCO delivery capability, on the Everest Group PEAK Matrix.
