Bharat Forge awarded Certificate of Recognition by General Motors

Pune, Jul 19 (IBNS): Bharat Forge Limited (BFL), the flagship company of the USD 2.5 billion Kalyani Group, has been awarded Certificate of Recognition by General Motors for winning GM’s Global Business by ensuring competitiveness, the company announced on Tuesday.
The award was presented at GM India Supplier Recognition Ceremony on July 14, 2016 by Mumshad  Ahmad – Vice President (GPSC) and Johny Saldanha – Vice President (GMIO GPSC).
 
Raju Kalyani, Executive Director – Bharat Forge and K Chethan, Director Quality – Bharat Forge received the award.  
 
Bharat Forge has emerged as one of the major crankshaft suppliers to GM in the last few years and has earned the status of being a strategic supplier to GM, the company said.
