2015 bonus for FCA employees in Italy

| | Feb 04, 2016, at 09:15 pm
Rome, Feb 4 (IBNS) Fiat Chrysler Automobiles on Wednesday said it notified trade unions of the amount of the 2015 efficiency bonus to be paid to all Group employees in Italy in February, as provided in the FCA collective labor agreement.

Measurement of actual performance, which may vary by production unit, is based on the World Class Manufacturing (WCM) system.

"At Group level, the average bonus will be equivalent to 4.5% of base annual pay. Combined with quarterly bonus amounts already paid, the total bonus for 2015 will average 6.0% of base annual pay," the company said in a statement.

The new compensation scheme introduced in July 2015 provides all Italian employees direct participation in achievement of the productivity, quality and profitability targets established in the Group’s business plan.

In 2015, FCA significantly outperformed all targets set for the year. Despite some changes in market conditions compared with the assumptions underlying the plan, the Group, with the contribution and support of all employees, has reacted rapidly and decisively to ensure that it remains on track to achieve the targets set for 2018.
