Stolkholm/Mumbai, Apr 24 (IBNS): Tata Consultancy Services, a leading global IT services, consulting and business solutions organisation has partnered with Bonnier AB, one of the Nordic region’s most established media conglomerate, to help the company consolidate and rationalize computing and telephony infrastructure and secure robustness in ICT operations and processes.

Kamal Bhadada, President, Communication, Media and Information Services (CMI) Business Group at TCS said: “Business 4.0 has brought us on the cusp of a digital future where a perfect storm of technologies — cloud computing, artificial intelligence (AI), automation, big data and analytics, and the Internet of things (IoT) – is transforming the Media industry.  This new digital, micro consumption and subscription based, socially driven and globally accessible ecosystem calls for a robust, scalable and efficient ICT operation to succeed and thrive. We are incredibly excited to leverage our global experience to support Bonnier group on their digital transformation journey."

Göran Öhrn, CFO at Bonnier AB, said: “With the news and media world changing dramatically as a result of new technologies, we wanted to create more efficient infrastructure for Bonnier and at the same time free up resources for our continuous digital transformation of the Group. Also, new regulations like GDPR, and external cyber threats, are creating new demands that can be resolved more easily with more coordinated ICT. With TCS’ experience in the sector, its knowledge of ICT technologies as well as its reputation for excellent customer service, we’re excited to work with the company on our ICT transformation journey.”

Avinash Limaye, Country Manager, at TCS Sweden said, "In TCS, we are proud to be selected by Bonnier as their partner in digital transformation. We will bring to bear our Machine First Delivery Model ™  (MFDM), to accelerate the digitization of IT processes through cloud adoption and DevOps enablement. TCS' MFDM solution is capable of predicting and controlling processes designed to drive higher satisfaction, speed, and robustness in IT operations, not only for IT service levels, but for the business goals themselves.”
