As the Head of Finance, Prarthana will play a pivotal role in driving Hero Vired's financial growth by spearheading fundraising initiatives, streamlining processes and systems, conducting competition benchmarking, and identifying areas for improvement. Leveraging her extensive experience in finance, Prarthana is poised to lead the finance team and contribute significantly to Hero Vired's long-term success.

She brings in a wealth of expertise in strategic financial planning and analysis, with a proven track record in initiatives focused on risk reduction, productivity enhancement, and improved internal control. With over a decade of experience in the education and skilling domains, including acquisitions and fundraising, her appointment will fortify Hero Vired's financial foundations.

Agarwal will oversee the company's financial stack, encompassing financial planning, expense management, tax compliance, financial legal compliance, and the establishment of a robust company portfolio to attract investor funding opportunities.
