Aviva Life Insurance launches Aviva Extra Cover

India Blooms News Service | | 25 Mar 2015, 12:13 am
New Delhi, Mar 24 (IBNS): Aviva Life Insurance, on Tuesday, announced the launch of Aviva Extra Cover - a combination of two of its online plans, Aviva i-Life (term) and Aviva Health Secure (critical illness).

Along with all the benefits of a term plan, the Aviva Extra Cover proposition will provide cover for 12 critical illnesses. It can be purchased online from Aviva’s official website www.avivaindia.com.

Speaking on the occasion, Rishi Piparaiya, Director, Marketing and Direct Sales, Aviva Life Insurance, said, “Aviva’s philosophy has always been to keep the customer at the heart of all our insurance plans. Research indicates that the rising cost of healthcare has become the new economic burden. While a term plan covers against death, critical illness can lead to high treatment costs and often loss of income. In line with this, we have launched Aviva Extra Cover – a combination of two products, which will not only provide the customers with life cover at a nominal cost, but also cover for 12 critical illnesses.”
