Tata Housing launches new project in Kolkata

Kolkata, May 7 (IBNS): Tata Housing Development Company, pan-India real estate developer strengthened its presence in Kolkata by launching Avenida strategically located in the Central Business District area of New Town, Rajarhat, Kolkata.
Avenida is a luxury residential gated community with sleek 29 storied towers designed to balance a sweeping curvilinear boulevard with views of the green landscape.

The project is spread across 13 acres and has a total of over 700 residences which range from small 2 bedroom-hall-kitchens (1080 sq.ft.), large 2 bedroom-hall-kitchens (1255 sq. ft.) to and larger 2 bedroom-hall-kitchens (1,500 sq. ft and offers a plethora of ultra-modern extravagances.  
 
The homes are specially designed keeping in mind the tastes and aesthetics of urban elites, the company stated.
