Aarti Srivastava appointed Chief Human Resources Officer of Capgemini in India

Mumbai: IT major Capgemini on Wednesday announced the appointment of Aarti Srivastava as Chief Human Resources Officer (CHRO) for its India operations, effective June 1, 2022.

A seasoned people leader with over two decades of expertise in multiple dimensions of human resources, Aarti was previously CHRO for the Business Services Global Business Line at Capgemini. She takes over from Pallavi Tyagi who will be moving on to a global strategic role within Capgemini’s Group HR function.

Commenting on the appointment, Ashwin Yardi, CEO of Capgemini in India and member of the Group Executive Committee said, “With a positive industry outlook and demand for digital-led solutions on the rise, India will continue to play a crucial role in ensuring Capgemini is able to help our clients build the future they want.
