Nykaa Nykaa makes strategic investments in clean beauty, athleisure and neutri-cosmetics categories
Mumbai: Omnichannel beauty retailer Nykaa has made strategic investments in various brands in clean beauty, athleisure and neutri-cosmetics categories, media reports said.
Nykaa has acquired 18.51 percent of clean beauty and personal care cosmetics brand Earth Rhythm for Rs Rs 41.65 crore, a 60 percent stake in Nudge Wellness, a dietary supplement and nutricosmetics products maker, for Rs 3.6 crore, ET reported.
It has acquired Kica, an activewear athleisure brand, for Rs 4.51 crore. The brand will be sold under its fashion vertical Nykd.
Nykaa will partner with D2C brand incubator Onesto Labs to create a new category of nutraceuticals and wellness products under Nudge Wellness Private Ltd.
Nykaa Fashion houses other brands like Nykd, Pipa Bella, Twenty Dresses, RSVP, Gajra Gang, IYKYK, and Likha and Kica will be among them.
Nykaa listed on the Indian stock exchanges in November.
