Powergrid falls by 2.08 pc to Rs 174.55

Mumbai/UNI:  Powergrid on Tuesday declined by 2.08 pc to Rs 174.55 a major loser in 30 scrips of Bombay Stock Exchange (BSE).

Other losers were Sun Pharma by 1.84 pc to Rs 472.95, ITC by 1.32 pc to Rs 194.60, ONGC by 1.21 pc to Rs 81.40, Bharti Airtel by 1.17 pc to Rs 560.60.

The gainers were Maruti Suzuki by 2.79 pc to Rs 5,839.10, Nestle India by 2.63 pc to Rs 17,160, ICICI Bank by 2.42 pc to Rs 351.45, Ultracemco by 2.11 pc to Rs 3,888.60 and Tata Steel by 1.68 pc to Rs 326.65.
