Pakistan: Lighting hits houses, 7 killed

Islamabad, Feb 20 (IBNS) At least seven people were killed in a lighting in Pakistan's Khushab area on Saturday, media reports said.

According to reports, lightning hit two houses in the area.

"According to locals, a seven-year-old girl died when lightning struck a house in Purana Chowk area. The debris of the house also damaged the adjacent house, which collapsed killing four children and two women. A third house was also partially damaged," Geo News reported.

The injured have been taken to hospital for treatment.
