Bangladesh PM Sheikh Hasina to receive Global Women’s Leadership Award

Dhaka, Apr 24 (IBNS): Bangladesh Prime Minister Sheikh Hasina will be honoured with the Global Women’s Leadership Award for her contribution in advancing women education and women entrepreneurs in Bangladesh, Asia and Asia-pacific region, media reports said.

The award will be conferred upon her by US-based NGO Global Summit of Women.

Hasina will receive the award in Sydney.

The Bangladesh PM will attend the Global Summit of Women from April 26 to April 28 at the invitation of Australia Prime Minister Malcolm Turnbull.
