Afghanistan: Blast rocks Kabul hotel which is popular among Chinese visitors, casualties feared

Kabul: Casualties are feared as a blast occurred in Afghanistan capital Kabul city on Monday,local media reports said.

According to reports, the hotel is a popular spot for Chinese travelers when they visit the city.

Journalist Abdulhaq Omeri shared a video of the hotel which has been attacked and posted on Twitter: "An explosion has taken place in Kabul where the #Hotel which #Chinese were living in."

Tolo News quoting residents of the area said they heard a blast and sporadic gunfire.

Afghanistan is currently ruled by Taliban forces.
