Spokesperson of the ministry Ahmad Wali Haqmal told Khaama Press that the working process of the projects has completely been stalled and they are trying to resume the projects.

Haqmal said that the working process of the projects has completely been stalled and they are trying to resume the projects.

Interestingly, the projects are financed by the World Bank.

They are worth $1 billion.

The first phase of the program that includes 12,000 projects across Afghanistan was expected to be completed by the end of 2022 but 7,000 of those 12,000 projects are now half-finished, reports Khaama Press.
