Mumbai/IBNS: Former Royal Challengers Bangalore captain Virat Kohli is electric on field, be it batting or fielding but the cricket maestro has credited an individual for his betterment at job.

Kohli took to Instagram to share a glimpse of his training at the gym on Monday.

In the caption, he said it was his trainer Shanker Basu who instilled in him the "1 percent" attitude.

In their last match on Saturday, Bangalore comfortably defeated Mumbai Indians in the Indian Premier League (IPL) by seven wickets.

Kohli had a significant contribution to the win with the bat as he scored 48 off 36 balls.
