U-19 Cooch Behar: J&K trails by 445 runs, Ayaz Khan scores double ton

Srinagar/IBNS: Mumbai ended the second day in a dominant position after reducing Jammu & Kashmir to 110 with seven wickets down in first inning of Under-19 Cooch Behar Trophy match at Dr. Y.S. Rajasekhara Reddy ACA VDCA Cricket Stadium, Vizag Tuesday.

Mumbai declared its first inning at 555 runs for the loss of nine wickets. J&K trailed Mumbai by 445 runs in the first inning with only three wickets in hand.

Unbeaten at 148 runs, Mumbai's Ayaz Khan went on to complete his double ton by securing 205 runs.

Hemanshu remained unbeaten on 52 while Arjun Dani and Musheer Khan scored 73 and 75 runs respectively.

For J&K, skipper Mohammad Manzir took five wickets haul and Manit took two.

At the end of the second day's play, J&K was seven wickets down on the score of 110 runs.

Shivansh Sharma was batting on 19 while Abid Hussain had contributed 26.

For Mumbai, Amanullah Manihar took four wickets and Suryansh Shegdhe two.

J&K trail Mumbai by 445 runs in the first inning.
