Victoria, Feb 15 (IBNS) Australian cricketer Shane Watson, who was playing in the Pakistan Super League, have been ruled out as he sustained injuries.

Watson took to Twitter to inform about the development.

Posting a video, he said, "I've unfortunately made this video because I injured myself last night bowling, so disappointingly I'm going to have to head home. To get assessed with the medical people at Cricket Australia, to try and get right for the Twenty20 World Cup."

The Australian selectors are already having a difficult time as half a dozen players are nursing injuries ahead of the ICC T20 World Cup in India.
