London, July 13 (IBNS): US Tennis star Serena Williams is all set to face  Germany's Angelique Kerber in the final of the Wimbledon single's title here.

Both won their respective semi-finals clashes to set a date for the final clash.

Serena reached the final round by defeating Germany's Julia Gorges 6-2 6-4.

Her opponent beat Latvia's Jelena Ostapenko 6-3 6-3 to make to the final of the tournament.

The final will see a rematch of the 2016 spectacle where Serena had clinched the title.

"It's crazy. I don't even know how to feel because I literally didn't think I'd do this well in my fourth tournament back," Williams told BBC.

"I don't have anything to lose and I feel I can play so free. That's what I'm doing," she said.
