England removes Mark Ramprakash as batting coach

London, Mar 9 (IBNS): England selectors have removed former batsman   Mark Ramprakash from the country's  coaching set-up for the Ashes. 

In his career, Mark had played  52 Tests for England between 1991 and 2002.


Mark informed the matter to his fans on the social media.

Posting a small message on his Twitter page, Mark said: "Ive just been informed that I will not be involved in the Ashes series. Its been a huge privilege to support the team over the last 5 years. Id like to wish all the staff & players the very best of luck for the future."

 

He was appointed as the batting coach of the English side in 2014.
