London, Sept 4 (IBNS): England selectors have named a 13-member squad for the final Test match of the series against India.

The series, however, remain insignificant for England as they have already clinched the series 3-1 after winning the fourth Test of the series.

Alastair Cook has been included in the team.

Cook, a former skipper of England, announced on Monday that he will retire from international cricket after the match.

The fifth Test will be played at Kia Oval starting on Friday Sept 7.

Ollie Pope will play for Surrey in the first two days of their Specsavers County Championship Division One match against Essex at Chelmsford and will join the rest of the Test squad on Thursday morning, read the statement issued by the England and Wales Cricket Board.
