Twinkle Khanna remembers dad Rajesh Khanna on birth anniversary

Kolkata, Dec 29 (IBNS): Actress Twinkle Khanna on Friday remembered his dad and actor Rajesh Khanna on his birth anniversary.

Twinkle shared an image on her Twitter page where she could be seen with her father.

"Happy Birthday Dad," Khanna tweeted.

West Bengal Chief Minister Mamata Banerjee also remembered the actor on the special date.

She tweeted :"Remembering actor Rajesh Khanna on his birth anniversary."

Rajesh Khanna is considered as one of the best actors to have ever worked in the history of Indian cinema.

He had gifted his fans several memorable movies which included Anand,Safar,Haathi Mere Saathi and Bawarchi among others.

Leaving a legacy behind, Khanna passed away on July 18, 2012.

He was 69.
