Mumbai/IBNS: Director-writer Tahira Kashyap, who is also the wife of Indian actor Ayushmann Khurrana, has recently suggested one of the best workouts to burn calories.

Guess what, it's sex.

In the latest episode of Mirchi's Shape of You, Kashyap spoke about various issues of her private life.

When host Shilpa Shetty spoke to Tahira about how open and comfortable she is writing about sex in her book, Kashyap responded, "It’s sex, and it is great, and it is good, so why not!"

That’s not it! Bringing her fun-filled, raunchy personality to the table, she rated sex one of the best workouts to burn calories.

She also let the audience in on Khurrana's transformation journey, lifestyle changes, building abs, and more.
