Madaari garners accolades from B-Town
Mumbai, July 21 (IBNS): The team of Madaari recently arranged a special screening for B-Town.
The movie received a breathtaking response from the attendees.
Madaari marks the reunion of Irrfan Khan and Nishikant Kamat after 8 years post the award winning movie, Mumbai Meri Jaan.
The movie also showcases Irrfan Khan and Jimmy Shergill's gripping performances after the cult classic, Haasil.
Apart from winning kudos for its strong story line, the hard hitting performances of Irrfan Khan, Jimmy Shergill and the child artist Vishesh Bansal have been hugely appreciated.
Irrfan who is turning producer with Madaari, was extremely intrigued with the subject of the film.
Amitabh Bachchan shared, "Watched Madaari, it's a good film. All the best to the team."
Shahrukh Khan posted, "All the best for a good release."
According to actress Tabu, "It's great, it's very nice. Of course Irrfan is fantastic, he is a fantastic actor. Nishikant has made a very good film."
Kriti Sanon shared, "I really liked it, it is very touching, very moving, very nicely made and of course Irrfan Khan, I can't say enough for him, I think the way he expressed, his eyes, I think they are so expressive that you can actually stay on him for very long and you can't get bored and the chemistry between the kid and Irrfan Sir's character is also amazing, it's very cute. I loved the ending also, so I just loved the film.
Appreciating the film, Rajkumar Rao said, "It's amazing of course. It's so relevant. Irrfan is beyond amazing."
Dia Mirza noted, "I hope every Indian watches this film."
Madaari is about taking a stand and about shouldering responsibility of the situation. It also beautifully showcases the father-son bond.
Madaari showcases the perfect balance between being a thriller and an emotional drama.
