Mumbai, Jan 22 (IBNS): Shraddha Kapoor is a fitness freak, this is something everyone knows for a fact.
The Ek Villian actor takes her workout sessions very seriously and now has started doing Pilates to stay fit.
 
Pilates is a type of workout, which requires intense concentration, it improves flexibility, builds strength and develops control and endurance in the entire body. No wonder, Shraddha, who is also a dance freak, chose Pilates.
 
Shraddha has been religious following her new fitness routine, in fact she starts her Pilates session as early as 6 am everyday.
 
The fitness lover, Shraddha Kapoor, is also endorsing a major fitness brand.
 
Shraddha Kapoor will be seen next in producer Sajid Nadiadwala's- Baaghi.
