'Dream come true for me': Debchandrima Singha Roy bagging Jeet-Rukmini starrer 'Boomerang'

Kolkata/IBNS: Popular television actress Debchandrima Singha Roy is all set to make her film debut with Tollywood superstar Jeet's upcoming Bengali film 'Boomerang'.

As per reports, the makers of the film, which features actress Rukmini Maitra opposite Jeet, have roped in Debchandrima for a role in the project.

In one of her first reactions to her new journey, Debchandrima told IBNS, "I am feeling proud of myself. I have reached a certain point in my career starting from scratch.

"It was a dream come true for me. I will try to deliver more than whatever is expected of me."

Debchandrima has worked in a number of Bengali daily soaps, namely 'Kajallata', 'Shaheber Chithi', 'Sanjher Baati'.

The young actress ventured into the digital space making her OTT debut with 'Homestay Murders'.

She was last seen in SVF Music's latest music video 'Palash'.
