Don't mind being called witch or whore: Kangana Ranaut
New Delhi, May 3 (IBNS): Amid raging controversies and a legal battle with actor Hrithik Roshan, Bollywood's 'Queen' Kangana Ranaut on Tuesday said she doesn't mind being called a psychopath, witch or whore and is proud of her fragile body and sharp mind.
In an interview to NDTV channel, Kangana said: "If a woman is super successful, she is called a psychopath. My success is my sweet revenge against controversy."
The actress, who has bagged the National Award thrice with the latest being for her role in the film Tanu Weds Manu Returns, said she is a self pleaser and not a people pleaser.
"I don't find it humiliating when they call me a psychopath, witch or whore. If a woman is sexually active, she's called a whore," said she, asking the critics to find some new weapon to embarrass her since "it does not work" anymore.
Actor Adhyayan Suman earlier had said that Kangana Ranaut was doing black magic on him when they were in a relationship.
Kangana, who has testified to the police in a criminal case filed by Hrithik, said woman can kill with success and sarcasm.
The actress has been surrounded by controversies as Hrithik in his criminal complaint has claimed that her co-star in Krrish 3 has lied about once sharing a romantic relationship with him.
He has also said that those emails and photos which Kangana claimed came from him were actually sent by a man posturing as him online.
During the interview to the channel, she said: "Sometimes you have bad days, but then you have cupcakes. My journey is extraordinary, from a village to here."
"I am not entitled to give my views on something which will be decided in court. I don't know how to be anybody else than who I am. It's been a roller coaster ride but I feel I am on the right track," the actress said.
The actress, who has several hit films in her kitty, said: "It's unbelievable that women have been treated like object. Every attempt is being made to embarrass me."
