Boxer, directed by Sanjoy Bardhan, is slated for an early January release

Kolkata, Dec 27 (IBNS): Boxer, a Bengali film directed by Sanjoy Bardhan is slated for release on January 5 at major theatres.

The main story revolves around a young boxer and his college-day friendships and love element.

Presented by Roy Koushik, Boxer is produced by New Era Entertainment.

While Shikhar Srivastava and Ena Saha play the young protagonists, the film not only includes a slew of young actors but also veterans, including Rajatava Dutta, Laboni Sarkar, and Sudip Mukherjee.

Samidh Mukherjee has composed the music of this film. Joy Chakraborty is the additional music director of the film.

Aditya Tamang is the choreographer.
