Uttar Pradesh: Three wanted criminals arrested in Bareilly

Bareilly, Oct 7 (UNI) Three wanted criminals carrying reward of Rs 25,000 each on their heads were arrested from Meerganj and Premnagar areas here on Monday.

Police sources here said that acting on tip-off, Meerganj police and Crime branch team arrested wanted criminals Purushottam alias Pandit Ji and Manoj from Tehsil road.

Sources said that arrested criminals were wanted in Gangster act charges and reward of Rs 25,000 each was announced on their arrest.

In another incident wanted criminal Bhagwandas was arrested from Jhulelal area and a country-made pistol with some cartages were recovered from him. Several criminal cases were registered against him and reward of Rs 25,000 was announced on his arrest.
