Universities should promote start-up culture among students says President Kovind
Baroda, Jan 22 (IBNS): President of India Ram Nath Kovind said universities should give priority to entrepreneurship and promoting a start-up culture among students during his address at the 66th Convocation of Maharaja Sayajirao University of Baroda, in Gujarat, media reported on Monday.
Governor of Gujarat O.P. Kohli, state Chief Minister Vijay Rupani and other dignitaries were also present at the Convocation.
President Kovind presented degree certificates to the students.
