Odisha: IIT student found dead in Bhubaneswar campus

Bhubaneswar, Oct 22 (UNI) In an unfortunate incident, Chirag Pravin Jain, a 2nd Year, Computer Science Engineering student of IIT Bhubaneswar was found dead on evening hours on Monday.

IIT Bhubaneswar said the local Police is currently investigating the matter and trying to ascertain the exact cause of death.

The parents of the deceased student have been informed about the incident and the IIT-Bhubaneswar condoled the death of its student.

"This is indeed an irreparable loss to the institute and the family. May his soul rest in peace," the institution said in a press release here today.
