New Delhi Air Pollution: Odd-Even traffic rules start from today
New Delhi/IBNS: In a bid to tackle the air pollution trouble in the city, the Delhi government implemented the Odd-Even scheme from Monday.
Delhi CM Arvind Kejriwal tweeted and urged people to follow it.
The odd-even traffic scheme came to effect from 8 am.

Meanwhile, on Monday morning as per the System of Air Quality and Weather Forecasting And Research (SAFAR) the overall AQI was recorded at 739 while the Particulate Matter (PM) 2.5 was recorded at 558 in the 'severe' category. An AQI between 0-50 is considered "good", 51-100 "satisfactory", 101-200 "moderate", 201-300 "poor", 301-400 "very poor", and 401-500 "severe". Above 500 is "severe-plus or emergency" category, reported Times Now.
Schools in the national capital will remain shut till Tuesday.
