Massive fire burns down warehouse near Mumbai

Mumbai/IBNS: A massive fire burnt down an entire warehouse at a village near Mumbai, media reports said.

Six fire engines have been rushed to the spot.

The warehouse is located in Bhiwandi Taluka, which is about 40 kilometers away from Mumbai.

The fire was caught on Friday night.

Despite efforts to douse the fire, a thick black smoke was seen even on Saturday morning.

As per a report by NDTV, hydraulic oil, cloth, plastic items and chemicals were stored in the warehouse.

The cause of the fire is yet to be deciphered.
