Dehradun/UNI: All those people who want to attend ongoing Kumbh festival in Haridwar will have to carry a negative COVID-19 report card and the report should not be earlier than 72 hours.

The government of Uttarakhand has issued a separate format for the health certificate, according to an official spokesman.

According to the letter issued by the Uttarakhand government regarding the precautions and necessary guidelines related to Covid-19 at Kumbh Mela, all the devotees will have to register themselves on the Uttarakhand government portal and download the Arogya Setu app on their mobile.

The letter has issued instructions not to bring senior citizens above 65 years of age, people with serious illnesses, pregnant women and children below 10 years of age at the Kumbh Mela.
