Jammu and Kashmir: 28-year-old teacher running his Calligraphy institute to revive the old art

Srinagar: A Kashmiri teacher is trying to revive the  centuries-old art of Calligraphy by running his own training institute in the Valley.

Malik Mukhtar is 28-year-old.

While Mukhtar has had his share of appreciation for his command at the craft, he wants to popularise it amongst the school students in the valley, reports ANI.

Students have expressed their happiness in learning the art from Mukhtar’s institute.
