INS Netaji Subhas celebrates birth anniversary of Netaji Subhas Chandra Bose

Kolkata/UNI: INS Netaji Subhas, Naval Station here today celebrated the 124th birth anniversary of Netaji Subhas Chandra Bose with floral tributes on his
statue situated at the centre of the station.

In his memory, over 150 personnel of the Naval Station in Kolkata gathered and remembered his leadership through a motivational talk given by Capt Joydeep
Chakraborty.

Patriotic songs were also sung on the occasion.

Earlier in the day, a parade was held in honour of Netaji where his contributions to India’s fight for freedom was remembered.
