New Delhi/IBNS: Ending his Saudi Arabi trip, Indian PM Narendra Modi left for New Delhi on Tuesday.

" Leaving with a marked upswing in bilateral relations. PM @narendramodi departs from Riyadh after steering the India-Saudi relationship on a upward trajectory pointing towards greater collaboration in future," MEA spokesperson Raveesh Kumar tweeted.

Modi on Tuesday said that India has emerged as the third major player in Start Up echo system and urged global investors and especially from the Gulf region to take benefit of India's Start Up echo system.

"Today India is the third major player in Start Up echo system and in two-tier and three tier cities also. Start Ups are coming up fast. Several Start Ups in India are investing overseas. Therefore, I urge all global players to take benefit of India's Start Up echo system," the PM said delivering keynote address at the third session of the Future Investment Institute forum in Riyadh.

The meet is being hosted by Saudi King.

There is need for 'business friendly' governance measures in today's world, the Prime Minister said.
