Fuel prices remain stable

New Delhi/UNI: Petrol and diesel prices in the country remained steady on Wednesday after two consecutive days of hike.

According to Indian Oil Corporation, the country's largest oil marketing company, petrol price in the national capital remained unchanged at Rs 85.20 per litre today.

It is being sold for Rs 91.80 in Mumbai, Rs 87.85 in Chennai and Rs 86.63 per litre in Kolkata. It is priced at record levels in all four metros.

The price of diesel remained stable at Rs 75.38 per litre in Delhi, which is a record level after 30 July 2020. It was priced at Rs 82.13 in Mumbai, Rs 80.67 in Chennai and Rs 78.97 per litre in Kolkata, which is the all-time record high in the three metros.
