Fire breaks out on ninth floor of Delhi's AIIMS, no injuries reported

New Delhi/IBNS: A fire broke out on the ninth floor of the All India Institute of Medical Sciences (AIIMS) in Delhi. The site of the fire does not house patients.

At least twenty-two fire engines have been rushed to the spot.

No injuries were reported and the floor was vacated in time, said reports.

The fire department informed that they received an alert from the hospital at 10.32 pm.

The blaze broke out in the Convergence Block of the hospital, which houses various diagnostic laboratories and examination sections.
