Congress felicitates the winners of ‘Assam Bachao’ video contest with iPhones, cash prizes

Guwahati/ IBNS: Assam Congress felicitated the winners of the ‘Assam Bachao’ video contest by giving iPhones, cash prizes under its ‘Assam Bachao’ (Save Assam) campaign.

The opposition Congress  launched ‘Assam Bachao’ (Save Assam) campaign across the state by aiming to oust BJP from power in the coming assembly elections in the state which will be held in three phases starting from March 27.

Under the video contest, the Congress party had asked the people to make a two-minute video using the hashtag #AssamBachao, highlighting local grievances faced by the grassroots.

On Saturday, Assam Pradesh Congress Committee (APCC) felicitated the winners of the contest with iPhones, cash prizes.

Congress MP Gaurav Gogoi gave away prizes to the three winners of the contest in Guwahati while All India Mahila Congress president, party MP Pradyut Bordoloi, APCC president Ripun Bora and other MLAs including Debabrata Saikia, Rockybul Hussain felicitated the winners in different parts of the state.
