BJP replaces Manoj Tiwari with Adesh Kumar Gupta as Delhi unit president

New Delhi/UNI:  BJP president J P Nadda on Tuesday appointed Adesh Kumar Gupta as Delhi Pradesh president and former union minister Vishnu Deo Sai as Chhattisgarh party president.

Mr Gupta, former North Delhi Municipal Mayor, replaced actor and lawmaker Manoj Tiwari.

Mr Nadda appointed Prof S Tikendra Singh as state president of Manipur BJP.

Mr Sai was member of the 16th Lok Sabha representing the Raigarh constituency of Chhattisgarh.

The appointment comes with immediate effect, National General Secretary Arun Singh said.
