Tollywood star Prosenjit Chatterjee unveils men’s jewelry collection at Shyam Sundar Co. Jewellers
Kolkata, Sep 27 (IBNS): Actor Prosenjit Chatterjee launched the ‘Men’s Club Collection’, a new line featuring gold and diamond accessories for men, from Shyam Sundar Co. Jewellers, in Kolkata recently.
Said Chatterjee, “I think this collection is not only unique but also contemporary and stylish."
Hiss new film, ‘Kishore Kumar Junior’, directed by Kaushik Ganguly, features this new collection too.
Shyam Sundar Co. Jewellers are the official jewelry partner of ‘Kishore Kumar Junior’, which is about the life of a man who performs Kishore Kumar’s song for a living.
Chatterjee said, “Musicians wearing gold jewelries is a trend that was started by our very own Bappi Lahiri, in this film also I wear a lot of heavy gold chains, I thank Shyam Sundar Co. Jewellers for dressing us so perfectly and I hope we have such wonderful collaboration in the future.”
The new line features gold and diamond accessories, both heavy and light. The collection consists of rings, bracelets, chains, kadas, and pendants with black threads, kurta buttons, ear studs, cuff links, tie pins, belt buckles, wrist watches, key chains and pens.
Price of products start from Rs 5,000.
Rupak Saha, Director, Shyam Sundar Co. Jewellers said, “When we think of jewelry, we always think of women wearing them. We tend to think jewelry will somehow question men’s masculinity. But this new ‘Men’s Club Collection’ is unique, from simple accessories like watch and belt to a necklaces, we have everything that today men may like to wear. The concept of men wearing jewelry has been presented in a new way through this collection.”
On his association with the film ‘Kishore Kumar Junior’, Saha said, “I am thankful to Camellia productions for letting us do the jewelry for the film. It is a great honor to collaborate with Kaushik Ganguly and Prosenjit Chatterjee and I am also thankful to Prosenjit Chatterjee for unveiling this line.”
