Kolkata: Amid the daily grind of earning a livelihood, passion often takes a backseat. But not for all.

Passion comes from within for  Subhrendu Halder, who by profession is a legal practitioner, but kept alive his other pursuits of happiness and creative- his travels and capturing the beauty of life in all its myriad forms during those journeys.

With his own signature style of capturing vivid and memorable images, the shots frozen in his camera were taken during his travel across India.

He drives and rides around the country with photographic gear by his side.

He sees the world through his camera lens, capturing the unique moments of life and nature, capturing the moods of the ever changing world,  be it rustic mountains,  meandering glaciers, the exquisite flora and fauna of the jungles, wild animals, moods of the simple village folks, etc.

His time demanding professional career never deterred him from being a passionate photographer.

"I am honoured to be able to showcase the world that I have seen and captured through my lens," said Subhrendu.

He sincerely believes this solo exhibition will be a sensory pleasure to avid enthusiasts and their compliments will be his reward.
