Colossal Corporation: The band taking music back to the 80s

Formed in 2012 by Sarfaraj Hussain, Subhrajyoti Das, and Farhad Hussain, the band initially focused on acoustic cover songs before expanding their repertoire, stated EastMojo.

Drawing inspiration from rock legends like Journey, Bon Jovi, Whitesnake, and Van Halen, as well as artists like Bryan Adams and Mr Big, Colossal Corporation has been experimenting with various genres including hard rock, soft rock, glam rock, and glam metal. Their latest release, "Motorland," showcases their unique fusion of rock and bluegrass.

With a discography comprising seven original songs, the band's goal is to reignite the magic of rock music and evoke a sense of nostalgia among listeners.

Their performances have earned them accolades, including the lead vocalist's achievement as 2nd Runners Up in the MTV Karaoke Competition in 2013. They also received critical acclaim from idol Eric Martin.
