CBSE class 10 results declared, 86.7 percent pass

New Delhi, May 29 (IBNS): The Central Board of Secondary Education declared the Class 10th result for 2018 on Tuesday. at 13: 15 in the afternoon.

The CBSE 10th Result 2018 are available on the board's official website cbse.nic.in, cbseresults.nic.in.

According to reports, the overall pass percentage this year is 86.7 percent.

Like what they did in CBSE class 12 exams, girls outshone boys registering a pass percentage of  88.67 percent while 85.32 percent boys passed the exams.

However, in 2017, the pass percentage among girls was 92.5 percent while that among boys was 93.4 percent.

HRD Minister Prakash Javadekar conveyed extended greeting to the candidates who cleared the exam. "Congratulations to those who've succeeded.
