Sunwing flight turns around due to technical fault, returns to Canada
Ottawa, Dec 10 (IBNS): Cuba-bound Sunwing flight turned around on Sunday night and returned to Canada due to some technical faults, media reports said.
The incident caused severe delays of passengers.
Sunwing Flight 324 had left Ottawa for Cuba.
After couple of hours in the air, the passengers were told that the flight was being turned around.
Passenger John Laurin told CTV Ottawa that the problem was with fuel.
The flight, which was rescheduled on Monday morning, took all the passengers to Cuba shortly after 6 am.
